Who we are

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address, and — only if you choose to answer the optional survey — what you have been avoiding, how often these things pile up, which categories apply to you, what you do about them today, what you would expect to pay, and whether it is work or personal. We also record the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

If you accept cookies, our analytics and advertising measurement tools record page views and whether you signed up. Decline and none of that loads.

Why we collect it

To contact you about Felix, and to decide what Felix should do and what it should cost. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your answers with anyone outside Felix.

Sensitive answers

The first survey question sometimes draws out medical, financial or family details. It is optional. Answers are stored in a private database that is not readable from this website, and they are never published without your explicit written permission.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is closed and we no longer need it.

Deletion and your rights

Email karl@textfelix.com and we will delete everything we hold about you, or send you a copy of it, within 30 days. No account or justification required.
